ALL VENDED SOCIAL SECURITY EXAMS AND VETERAN'S AFFAIRS C&P EXAMS ARE AT NO COST TO THE CLIENT

Both Social Security and the Veteran's Affairs have contracts with Megalithic Psychology, Inc. such that we are a vendor. This means that the disability-related exams are performed at no cost to the examinee.

AND, WE DON’T TAKE INSURANCE

By circumventing the need to interface with insurance companies, Megalithic Psychology, Inc. is able to focus more on the passion of psychology than the labyrinth of clerical work associated with medical billing.

PRICING

Megalithic Psychology, Inc. realizes that full fee private practice comprehensive psychological assessment is often cost prohibitive for the clients we wish to serve. We match the market cost for all areas served. We accomplish this by taking a "ground up" nuts-and-bolts approach, only using the tools necessary to accomplish the patient's goals. Individual prices vary depending on the services needed. More complexity and hours invested naturally produces a higher price. Testing batteries are constructed in a modular fashion, so that patients can scale up to their needs without paying more than they need to.

BILLING

Megalithic Psychology, Inc. will always deliver with a detailed “super bill” to present to your insurance provider. Mathematically speaking, if you hold an excessively high deductible plan, you likely will find that your insurance-covered co-payment may be similar to our out-of-pocket prices.
Megalithic Psychology, Inc. encourages all patients to attempt reimbursement for the care you receive, however, we are unable to make any promises about whether you will be reimbursed. Most insurance panels do NOT cover the type of comprehensive psychological assessment that we offer.
