We evaluate all ages, from children through adults. ​If you have questions about an upcoming or past evaluation in our office, we will try to help, but please also contact your assigned disability evaluation analyst. Their name and number will be on your appointment confirmation letter.

Please bring a photo ID and a list of (or the bottles of) any psychiatric medication that you are currently prescribed. Translators will be provided by Social Security if needed/requested, and a family member may NOT serve as a translator.​ Arrive at least ~15 minutes prior to the start time of your exam for parking, registration, and paperwork.
