Specialty examinations are for the specific purpose of disability determination. We evaluate all ages, from children through adults. ​If you have questions about an upcoming or past evaluation in our office, we will try to help, but please also contact your assigned disability evaluation analyst. Their name and number will be on your appointment confirmation letter.

Please bring a photo ID and a list of (or the bottles of) any psychiatric medication that you are currently prescribed. Translators will be provided by Social Security if needed/requested, and a family member may NOT serve as a translator.​ Arrive at least ~15 minutes prior to the start time of your exam for parking, registration, and paperwork.

Please be advised that Megalithic Psychology, Inc. is not the custodian of record for any evaluations performed on behalf of the Social Security Administration (SSA). The SSA retains all official records associated with such evaluations, and all requests for copies must be directed to the Social Security Administration or the appropriate Disability Determination Services office.
For confidentiality and privacy reasons, please note that this response is provided in a general and procedural capacity only. Megalithic Psychology, Inc. cannot confirm or deny the identity of any individual, whether any individual was ever evaluated by our organization, or whether we currently possess or have ever possessed the specific records referenced in your request.

Response to ALL patient/claimant requests regarding scheduling of SSA examinations:

Please be advised that, pursuant to SSA policy, all patient/claimant requests related to examination scheduling—including initial appointment coordination, rescheduling requests, and cancellations—are administered exclusively by the Social Security Administration (SSA). Accordingly, all scheduling-related inquiries must be directed to the assigned Disability Evaluation Analyst (DEA) responsible for the case. The analyst's contact information, as well as the date, time, and location of the examination, are provided in the appointment letter mailed to the claimant’s primary address of record. Megalithic Psychology, Inc. is not authorized to make scheduling changes; however, if a claimant arrives more than 15 minutes late on the scheduled examination date, Megalithic Psychology, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to proceed with the evaluation if feasible.​​
