If you have questions about an upcoming or past evaluation in our office, we will try to help, but please also contact your assigned disability evaluation analyst. Their name and number will be on your appointment confirmation letter.

Arrive at least ~15 minutes prior to the start time of your exam for parking, registration, paperwork, and a brief COVID19 symptom screening.
